1 - Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any kind unless your item is damaged. You must send us photo of damaged item within 48 hours of receiving it.

For Returns You Must:

  1. Email info@shopstoners.com order number and return tracking info.
  2. Send product back to 290 N. Benson Ave Suite 2 Upland, Ca 91786

ShopStoners.com in NOT Responsible For:

  1. Insufficient or incorrect addresses (return shipping fees may apply).
  2. International taxes and/or international fees (return shipping fees may apply).
  3. Damaged or worn goods.

2 - Shipping & Delivery

We generally ship within 3-5 days of receiving an order. DO NOT FORGET your apartment or address number if you have one. If address is not supplied to us correctly we are not responsible for lost packages or re-shipments. In case of re-shipment BUYER is to pay shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
